Key Responsibilities: Manage real-time customer interactions via live chat and messaging platforms.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries about orders, refunds, payments, returns, and deliveries.

Provide accurate and clear information to customers while maintaining a friendly tone.

Identify customer needs and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate with relevant departments (logistics, seller support, payment team) to resolve complex cases.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Flipkart’s products, policies, and procedures.

Record customer feedback and report recurring issues to improve service quality.

Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure every interaction upholds Flipkart’s commitment to customer delight.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (graduates and undergraduates may apply).

Excellent written English communication skills.

Typing speed of at least 35–40 words per minute with high accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic attitude.

Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and online shopping.

Proficiency in using computers, browsers, and chat software tools.

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously with efficiency.

Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven environment.

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in live chat, email, or customer support (e-commerce or BPO) will be an added advantage.

Experience in remote or virtual work environments is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Hours: Full-time remote position.
