You know that a great Amazon listing isn’t just “well written” — it ranks, converts, and scales. We’re looking for an Amazon Copywriting & Listing Setup Specialist who lives at the intersection of SEO, data, and conversion psychology — and has real experience in baby products. If you can turn keyword strategy and Helium 10 insights into high-performing, conversion-focused listings, this is your playground. About the Company: Join our team as an Amazon Copywriting & Listing Setup Specialist and help create high-converting, SEO-optimized product pages that drive ranking, visibility, and sales. If you love blending creative storytelling with data-driven keyword strategy, this is the role for you. • Write and optimize titles, bullets, product descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content using PPC and keyword research inputs
  • Ensure keyword placement supports both organic ranking and paid performance (CTR & CVR)
  • Identify indexing gaps, underperforming keywords, and CRO opportunities through data analysis
  • Continuously refine listings based on performance signals

Category & Keyword Strategy

  • Build category-level keyword hierarchies and benefit-driven content structures
  • Develop scalable listing templates to support catalog growth
  • Sync with PPC every 2–3 weeks to review performance metrics and implement updates

Content Briefing & Creative Coordination

  • Translate SEO and benefit strategy into clear creative briefs
  • Align image direction with keyword priorities and conversion strategy
  • Collaborate closely with design, PPC, and brand teams

Listing Setup & Launch Support

  • Coordinate catalog structure (parent/child variations, compliance checks) before go-live
  • Prepare optimized content for upload
  • Support product launches with pre-aligned keyword strategy
  • Execute 30/60/90 optimization rollouts across priority ASINs

Ongoing Optimization & Reporting

  • Maintain a Content Tracker (optimized ASINs, pending updates, performance triggers)
  • Run monthly optimization cycles tied to PPC signals and category importance
  • Ensure brand and Amazon category compliance (especially within baby products)

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 2+ years of Amazon copywriting and listing optimization experience (required)
  • Proven experience in baby products or regulated consumer categories (strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of Amazon SEO: indexing logic, keyword prioritization, relevance
  • Strong data analysis skills — able to interpret CTR, CVR, ranking, and indexing trends
  • Hands-on experience with Helium 10 (required)
  • Clear, benefits-first copywriting style built for scannability and conversion
  • Strong understanding of how listing content impacts PPC performance
  • Experience managing large catalogs with multiple SKUs and ongoing launches
  • Highly organized, structured, and deadline-driven

Your Perks: What's in it for you

  • Strategic ownership of listing performance and category scaling
  • Cross-functional collaboration with PPC, brand, and creative teams
  • Opportunity to shape scalable systems and templates
  • A fast-moving environment where performance and ideas matter
