Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Managing Consultant to join our Supply Chain Transformation practice. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and team leader with expertise in supply chain strategy, transformation delivery, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead supply chain transformation programs, engage with senior clients, and grow consulting business in various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted team leader on supply chain strategy and transformation projects.
  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary supply chain engagements across planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and digital enablement.
  • Drive client satisfaction and relationship development.

Practice Development

  • Working with leadership, shape and grow the Supply Chain Transformation practice, including go-to-market strategy, service offerings, and thought leadership.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing consulting teams.

Business Development

  • Develop proactive proposals and points of view, RFP responses, proposal development, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Experience Consulting & Industry Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 2 years in supply chain transformation.
  • Proven success in leading supply chain transformation projects from strategic assessments through large scale technology transformation.
  • Understanding of supply chain operating models, digital supply chain, S&OP, procurement transformation, and logistics optimization.
