We recently closed out Series C for $200MM are are in rapid growth mode! Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales. Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice. We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Director of Sales with the following experience:

  • Managing SMB and/or mid market SaaS sales
  • High volume sales
  • Experience selling software to Financial Advisors is a big plus!

In addition to standard Sales Manager duties, you will play a a major role in building out and refining out sales motion, strategy, playbook, and generally make a huge impact. You will not be carrying a quota, you will be managing 10 AEs each responsible for around $75k/month each and a total quota of $775k/month across all 10 AEs. Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10 SMB AEs
  • Facilitate 1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with our SDR team to create and deliver on our sales targets
  • Mentor and grow AES, specifically in a transactional, fast paced sales model
