HubSpot Consultant - RevOps Technical Strategy (US - Remote)

Remote, USA Full-time Posted 2026-06-22

Description

  • Join Process Pro Consulting, a dynamic and rapidly growing HubSpot solutions provider, as a HubSpot Consultant specializing in RevOps and Technical Strategy. In this fully remote US-based role, you will be instrumental in partnering with B2B clients to implement transformative HubSpot strategies that drive tangible business outcomes. We are a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering work that we are genuinely proud of, all while fostering a fun and supportive work environment.
  • As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be at the forefront of helping our clients leverage the full power of the HubSpot platform. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing Revenue Operations (RevOps) frameworks, aligning sales, marketing, and customer service processes to create a seamless and efficient customer journey. This involves deep dives into client workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and architecting solutions that enhance productivity, improve data accuracy, and ultimately, boost revenue.
  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive technical assessments of client HubSpot portals. This includes evaluating existing configurations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending best practices for data management, automation, and integration. Your technical acumen will be key to ensuring our clients' HubSpot instances are optimized for performance, scalability, and future growth.
  • A significant part of your role will involve developing and executing technical strategies that align with our clients' overarching business objectives. This could encompass custom object implementation, advanced workflow automation, API integrations, data migration strategies, and the development of custom reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique challenges and goals. This involves facilitating workshops, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption and utilization of HubSpot.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the B2B sales, marketing, and customer service lifecycles. You will translate this understanding into practical, data-driven solutions within HubSpot, ensuring that technology serves to empower business processes rather than hinder them.
  • Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Leading client engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyzing client business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through HubSpot.
  • Designing and implementing RevOps strategies, including lead management, sales process automation, and customer success workflows.
  • Configuring and customizing HubSpot features, including custom properties, objects, workflows, and reports.
  • Developing and executing technical strategies for data hygiene, integration, and migration.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within HubSpot environments.
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations and training materials to clients.
  • Staying current with HubSpot platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Contributing to the development of Process Pro Consulting's methodologies and service offerings.
  • This role demands a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting while also being a collaborative team player. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences will be paramount to your success.
  • We are looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and its ability to drive business growth. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HubSpot and a proven track record of delivering successful client outcomes, we encourage you to apply. Become a vital part of a team that is dedicated to making a real impact for our clients and having fun while doing it.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of RevOps and technical strategy for a diverse range of B2B companies, working with a supportive and innovative team that values your contributions and professional development.
