Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex is responsible for providing first contact resolution of customer assistance requests via phone and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in accordance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Schedule appointments and provide general customer service support
  • Follow proper procedures for resolving customer requests and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Maintain productivity and complete tasks efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and required training sessions to stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and best practices

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and the internet, with the ability to navigate desktop technology with ease
  • Skilled at keyboard navigation, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to resolve problems and address concerns
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and work with multiple software applications at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with conflict resolution skills and the ability to project positivity to customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior CSR experience, particularly in an inbound call center environment, with experience in multi-tasking and handling high volumes of customer inquiries
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing business requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on continuing education and professional development

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
