Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their concerns, and building sustainable relationships with them. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and instant messages
  • Resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing and updating customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1-year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 level)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech-savviness and familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Proactive and confident with keen attention to details
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements

To perform your duties as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A USB headset with noise cancellation feature
  • A working webcam
  • A main and backup computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
  • A main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection
  • A backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps

Schedule
