Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, both in-person and over the phone
- Handling ticketing and baggage operations, including checking in passengers, processing baggage, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency in a dynamic work environment
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, customer service, business administration)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and apply new procedures and policies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field
