Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leading task groups of experts and partners, performing data gathering and analysis, developing solutions, and providing recommendations to senior leadership. You'll work closely with our Store Activities Cycle Chief and Store Tasks Business Administrator to drive process enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Perform data gathering and analysis, including data mining, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Develop solutions, including project and procedure planning, and data usage
- Produce reports for senior leadership and stakeholders to audit and use
- Deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations
- Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job
- 3 years of work experience in a related field
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and statistical analysis
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
* Store experience and ASDS experience
- Experience driving high-performing teams
- Counseling and project management experience
- Strong data visualization and data mining skills
