Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide excellent customer service
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for repeat calls

Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20 words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above qualifications, we prefer candidates with:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
