About the Role

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialists. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way.
  • Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Providing customers with information about arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures, ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, providing additional support and ensuring that issues are fully resolved.
  • Completing call notes and call reports, updating customer information in our CRM system, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Recording details of customer interactions, including comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
  • Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in an energy or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with proper grammar and tone.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Some experience with MS Excel is a plus, enabling you to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure.
