What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with Customers: Responding to inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Investigating and resolving customer issues, providing solutions, and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Going Above and Beyond: Exceeding customer expectations by thinking critically, providing creative solutions, and adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • 1-2 Years of Customer-Focused Experience: A proven track record of working in a customer-facing environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Critical Thinking and Multi-Tasking: The capacity to think critically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • KY Rx Tech License: Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a KY Rx Tech license.
