Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Scheduling appointments with customers, capturing essential details to facilitate a seamless experience.
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealerships build strong relationships with their customers.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for our clients to improve their sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary. We're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to navigate our proprietary software and systems.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment, where no two days are ever the same.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, the following skills and qualities would be beneficial in this role:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
