Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accurately reading, interpreting, and entering prescriptions into our computer system, including dosage calculations, label printing, and payment processing.
• Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accurate prescription orders.
• Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
• At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications.
• Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone.
• Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications.
• Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support experience.
• Client service experience in an office setting.
• At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care.
