Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
• Provide heart-driven support to our plan members, offering solutions to improve their healthcare experience
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing needs and priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business goals and objectives
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and legislative compliance

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• PC capability in Windows-based applications
• Strong client care abilities, including affable phone manners and amazing skill
• Ability to issue tackle in a positive, useful way
• Open to connecting with clients in a patient, supportive way that exhibits a genuine worry for improving the client quality of life

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $24/hour, with opportunities for overtime. Our plan options are designed to create a flexible schedule for those balancing needs in and outside of work. We are currently offering part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours varying. Scheduled start times will differ and rotate to support business needs.
