A Typical Day in the Life of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:

* Answering Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to clients in a timely and professional manner.

  • Acting as First Point-of-Contact: Establish a positive and professional relationship with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their concerns.
  • Entering Client/Patient Information: Accurately and efficiently enter client information into our website, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Retrieving Information: Retrieve relevant information related to clients, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Establishing Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to meet their expectations.

What We're Looking For:

* Computer Literacy: Proficiency in navigating multiple programs and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Call Center or Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Bilingual French Language Support: Fluency in French language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in this language.
  • Great Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
