Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and responding to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
  • Utilizing data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process client information
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and correspondence
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in customer service and data management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment + Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions + Data entry and/or typing experience + Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills + Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills + Experience with Microsoft suite + Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing + 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment + Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
