Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance on our digital advertising platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat support to clients, addressing inquiries about arenaflex's digital advertising platform
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions
  • Assisting advertisers and publishers with account setup, billing, and campaign management
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions provided
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing prompt and professional support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or a similar role (preferably)
