Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer issues.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entries, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative duties as needed, such as data management, reporting, and other tasks that support the smooth operation of our remote team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace are essential for this role.

  • Data Entry or Customer Service Experience: Experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.
