As a Customer Service Representative, You'll:
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Interact with passengers in a kind, helpful, and professional manner, ensuring their travel experiences are memorable and enjoyable.
- Provide expert support: Assist passengers with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related issues, using your problem-solving skills to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a safety-first mentality: Ensure the safety and security of yourself, your colleagues, and our passengers, adhering to the highest standards of safety and security protocols.

Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Age: Minimum of 18 years old
- Technical skills: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability: Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legal requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Attendance and appearance: Meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
