Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
  • Searching entire applications while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information
  • Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Following standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
  • Performing other job-related duties as required
  • Working with clearly defined procedures
  • Acquiring basic skills to perform routine tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent
  • A commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
  • A commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
  • Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
  • Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
  • High-Speed Internet capability
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

While not required, we prefer candidates who:

  • Currently live in the geographic regions listed below (and surrounding areas):

+ Pittsburgh, PA + Aiken, SC + Des Moines, IA + Greater Philadelphia area

Training and Development

As a Data Entry Operator, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role. Our training program includes:

  • Approximately 2 months of training after completing pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process
  • Ongoing virtual training and support to help you develop your skills and expertise
