Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Manager, Contact Center – Reporting and Analytics, you will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and reporting specialists to drive business growth and excellence through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with our business leaders to develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions that meet their needs and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of data analysts and reporting specialists to develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions that meet business needs
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain complex reporting and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and excellence
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide business leaders with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement data visualization solutions that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Essential Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on contact center operations
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and developing and implementing reporting and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with business leaders and IT teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets
- Experience with data governance policies and procedures, with a focus on data quality and integrity
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with contact center operations, including customer service and sales
- Experience with data analytics tools, such as R or SAS
- Experience with data governance policies and procedures, with a focus on data quality and integrity
