Your Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but a college degree is a plus.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 0-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills, with a love for talking to people and a knack for WOWing customers on every call.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive to own customers' problems and resolve them.
- Adaptability and Multi-Tasking: Ability to adapt to change, work well in a fast-paced environment, and multi-task using technology.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, a college degree and 0-1 years of work experience in an office, call center, or customer contact center environment would be a great asset. Prior experience in a work-from-home position is also a plus.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
As a remote worker, you'll need:
- Reliable Internet Connection: A minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download side and 3 Mbps on the upload side to ensure seamless communication.
- General Office Demands: A quiet and comfortable workspace with minimal distractions.
- Flexible Scheduling: Ability to work varying schedules, including night and weekend shifts, with a reasonable degree of schedule availability and flexibility.
