Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep your days engaging and exciting. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Greeting customers with a smile and providing exceptional customer service
- Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and making change
- Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products
- Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations

Preferred Qualifications
* Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of success
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
Physical Requirements
* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing
Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 to $16.25
