Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Estimating group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities across various business lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and processes to drive business growth and profitability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through process improvements and data-driven insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and financial management
• Experience with data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Experience with business intelligence tools, including Sigma and Looker

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related field
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and QlikView
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with project management tools, including Asana and Trello
