The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed expectations. Your primary goal will be to build trust, foster loyalty, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (10+ MB down and 512k up preferred)
  • Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked
  • Personal Desktop Computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor recommended)
  • 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or B2C environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Experience with sales and upselling/cross-selling techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
