Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time Customer Experience Advisor to work remotely from Nashville, TN, and be an integral part of our customer service team. As a CX Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our company. If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer experience and a knack for creative problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via email and live chat, ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing but wonderful
  • Learn and master our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Utilize internal communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Analyze customer trends and pain points, and develop innovative solutions to optimize each customer's experience and drive business growth

To be successful in this role, you should be a creative and innovative problem solver with excellent communication skills, both online and offline. You should be a self-starter who takes ownership of your work, is eager to learn new technology systems and procedures, and is able to juggle multiple tasks while remaining organized and attentive to detail. Requirements

  • Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
  • Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT, including evenings and weekends
  • Available to work during the holiday season and able to adapt to changing business needs
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
  • Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with a proven ability to stay motivated and focused
