About the Role

Qualifications

* A passion for pets and a genuine interest in their well-being, with a desire to help customers find the best products for their pets.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously, with a strong technical aptitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
