About the Role

Are you a pet lover with a passion for helping others? arenaflex is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Experienced Customer Service Representatives. In this work-from-home position, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. You'll assist pet owners with their inquiries, offer product recommendations, and resolve any issues they may encounter, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email, providing personalized assistance and guidance throughout their shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for helping others and a desire to learn and grow.
