Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program by providing exceptional customer service to families and schools participating in the program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status
  • Ensuring that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered
  • Providing empathetic, personable, and compassionate support during sometimes difficult, tense situations
  • Maintaining accurate records and resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and program goals

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of customer service or call center experience
  • English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  • The ability to remain empathetic, personable, and compassionate during sometimes difficult, tense situations
  • Self-motivation, detail-orientation, and the ability to multitask
  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation

Technical Requirements

To work from home, you must have:

  • Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • A secure, quiet, distraction-free place to work
  • arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment
