Your Role in Detail

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat on our website. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work independently, using your own device (phone, tablet, or laptop) to access our website and chat functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our website

  • Provide top-notch assistance and support to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Use your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work independently, using your own device to access our website and chat functions
  • Log in and out of your shift, receiving daily pay for your work

Essential Qualifications:
