Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answering customer inquiries with clarity and providing detailed information to resolve issues
- Selling products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Utilizing digital tools and technology to stay organized and efficient
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Customer service, sales, and/or phone experience (helpful but not required)
- A quiet, secure, and uninterrupted home work environment
- Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection
- Proficient typing and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and using digital tools
- Self-discipline and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
