Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Answering customer inquiries with clarity and providing detailed information to resolve issues
  • Selling products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Utilizing digital tools and technology to stay organized and efficient
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • Customer service, sales, and/or phone experience (helpful but not required)
  • A quiet, secure, and uninterrupted home work environment
  • Reliable phone, internet, and ethernet connection
  • Proficient typing and computer skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using digital tools
  • Self-discipline and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales and customer service
  • Ability to pass a PC scan (more information below)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with digital tools and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience with sales and customer service software
