Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the UAE. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset to resolve customer issues and provide timely support.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems

  • Communicate with customers via mail, chat, and phone
  • Utilize software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Provide effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment
  • Work in a team environment to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements and Qualifications

* Minimum qualification is 10+2. Any graduate/PG is eligible to apply

  • Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Clear communication with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
