As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients across various time zones, including EST (UTC -5), CST (UTC -6), MST (UTC -7), and PST (UTC -8). Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound phone calls, responding to chat messages, and answering emails. Contractual Relationship

As a contractor at arenaflex, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you will be required to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
