Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented individual with a friendly and collaborative attitude to join our team as an Online/Remote Data Entry Clerk. Key Responsibilities:

• Work a regular schedule between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST, Monday-Friday, during the initial 90-day training period
• After completing the training period, work hours may be scheduled between 8:00 AM-10:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday, with a submitted planned schedule one week in advance
• Participate in remote staff meetings, including video conferences, as required
• Maintain a HIPAA compliant home office/workspace, ensuring a secure and reliable environment for data entry

Requirements and Qualifications

• A modern computer with current/updated software, 2 monitors, and high-speed internet access
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Smart-sheet (or similar software)
