Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
Work from Home Rotation:
Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your typical day will involve:
Processing Product Complaints:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product complaints in a timely and courteous manner
Maintaining a Positive Experience:
Ensure a positive experience for customers through effective communication and issue resolution
Updating Databases:
Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information
Escalating Issues:
Escalate issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
Confidentiality:
Ensure confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Customer Service Experience:
At least 6 months of customer service experience is preferred
Problem-Solving and Organizational Skills:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Fast-Paced Environment:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Hybrid Work Schedule:
Ability to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
