Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling phone and email customer service inquiries within our CRM system, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns
- Utilizing Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Outlook for email management, and multiple email boxes for efficient communication
- Keying orders and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative or support specialist
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent typing and systems skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
