What You Will Be Doing

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing and resolving inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and helpful customer support
  • Managing your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed, with the convenience of daily payments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites

  • Provide accurate and efficient customer support using a comprehensive knowledge base
  • Manage flexible shifts and work hours to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

* Must have access to a device capable of connecting to social media and handling website chat functionalities (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently while closely following detailed instructions
  • Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection is essential
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
