Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH to join our team and support our clients and internal team with travel bookings, itinerary planning, data entry, scheduling, and customer service. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel. Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Administrative & Data Entry Duties:

* Enter and update client travel information, bookings, and preferences into internal systems.

  • Maintain organized records of vendor contacts, pricing, and policies.
  • Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliation of travel expenses.
  • Conduct research on travel trends, destinations, and exclusive deals.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Scheduling & Customer Service:

* Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and internal team members.

  • Manage email correspondence, responding to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful as an Accounting/Data Entry Clerk - WFH at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service or administrative support: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and travel booking platforms, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality: A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling client information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high level of self-motivation.
