Key Responsibilities

As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service to all arenaflex customers
  • Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
  • Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Qualifications
