Job Summary

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our team to identify and escalate priority issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, issue resolution, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, including internal teams and external partners
  • Following up on complicated customer calls, as required, to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Completing call notes and call reports, updating them in the CRM, and maintaining accurate records
  • Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Bilingual (a plus)
  • Some sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Some experience with MS Excel (a plus)
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with energy industry products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales (a plus)
