Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Working directly with consumers to assess their sales needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Building long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Generating sales leads and creating potential business opportunities for arenaflex
  • Attending regular training sessions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings
  • Adhering to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with our clients' standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and handling confidential customer information
  • Troubleshooting problems and empathizing with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven customer service or retail sales experience (although not required, it's a plus!)

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
