Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Client Care division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide clear and concise information about pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards

Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
