Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day. The job is open to candidates located in the State of Georgia. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services.
  • Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.
