Job Overview

The Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager role at arenaflex is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers. This position requires a strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting internal and external customers by providing service and billing information, processing customer service requests, and updating customer portals. This timing of the position includes weekends and nights Central Standard Time - CST, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incoming and outgoing phone calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Processing of customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating customer portals with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Working with arenaflex Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates and schedules
  • Uploading documentation to customer portals as well as accounting/work order system
  • Data entry and management to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be detail-oriented, have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, and have at least 3 years of service customer care experience. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of service customer care experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
