Responsibilities

As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough risk assessments when reviewing account activity to detect potential fraud
• Responding to inbound client inquiries and assisting with specific service-related requests and concerns

• Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner

Key Skills and Qualifications
