About the Role

This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $28,000 to $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients, contributing to the growth and success of our agency.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with regulations and attention to detail.
• Assist with onboarding clients, setting clear expectations and providing guidance on how to use our services.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively, demonstrating clear and effective communication skills.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Active Property and Casualty License, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the insurance industry.
• Fluency in Spanish, along with proficiency in English, to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.
• Experience with Allstate is strongly preferred, although not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment, demonstrating professionalism and respect in all interactions.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and managers.
