Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through phone and chat interactions. Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries
- Demonstrating high standards for quality service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
- Working with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations and achieve quality goals
- Maintaining open communication with team leads and managers for support and development
- Documenting all client interactions accurately in the call center database
- Adhering to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects
- Exceeding key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management
- Communicating proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years' experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume
- Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred
- Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools
- Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following experience would be a plus:
- Experience in live chat support (1 year preferred)
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry (1 year preferred)
- Prior call center experience (1 year required)
