Key Responsibilities

- Participating in online or in-person discussions, with a minimum of 10 minutes' notice before the discussion start time.
- Completing written surveys and providing feedback on products and services.
- Using products and services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam.
- Access to high-speed internet connection.
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics.
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary.
