Experienced Customer Relationship Representative – Remote Seasonal Position (Full & Part Time)

We're proud to be the co-founder and largest provider of Proven Winners plants in the U.S. Our eCommerce department, Proven Winners Direct, has been growing rapidly, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us continue this growth.

Job Summary

As a Customer Relationship Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand, representing arenaflex through communications with customers over the phone and via email. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding service level expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with arenaflex

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and close cases in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships by acting as a resource, champion, problem solver, and in-house advocate
  • Track and document customer interactions from first contact to post-sales feedback through Salesforce, creating actionable reports for management
  • Order replacement plants for customers and ensure that all work areas are kept clean, neat, and organized
  • Participate in meetings, share successes and challenges, and ask questions and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Exceed service level expectations with all internal and external customers

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar position

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Salesforce experience is a plus, but not a necessity
  • Relevant college coursework preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems, company-specific computer programs, and other new technology
  • Ability to handle stress and pressures of the job without causing undue tension and disruption

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with gardening or horticulture

  • Knowledge of Proven Winners plants and products
  • Experience with eCommerce and online sales
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
