Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing child support payments in the SDU (State Disbursement Unit) system, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures. Additionally, you will be tasked with other duties as assigned, requiring your ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, but you must reside in the state of Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process child support payments in the SDU system with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards
  • Collect, research, organize, and analyze data to support operational needs
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy in all interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
